Bäckerei Moss in Aachen

Very unmotivated and annoyed staff. That was the last time I visited this shop. It's a shame, as I've enjoyed buying my rolls here for years. The shop has been open since 6:30, so I can't understand why you are at 7:40 !!! does not get his rolls on the grounds that they are still in the boxes. Since this has happened several times and you only get an annoyed answer every time, I will not come back. Please change staff!

As always, very friendly staff and reasonable prices for good and tasty baked goods. Despite the big rush during lunch break no long waiting time, really recommendable! :)

This bakery shop from Moss is just as good as the other shops also very good cake bread rolls and very good mett rolls in the morning. I am always looking forward to it.

I was a stranger in this district of Aachen, I did not know at all there and looked for in the area around the Seffenter Weg a place to stay, where I could wait and drink tea. I found this nice, small, clean bakery in the Ahornstrasse. The offer is rich and varied, be it the sweet pastry, the breads or the sandwiches. It was hard to decide what to take. The selection was really hard for me, but in the end I decided on delicious Christmas bread and Printenbrot and did not regret this decision. The bread tastes heavenly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite temporary / high customer demand, the ladies still remained calm and friendly. The customer, who was served, was extensively advised, even if there were other customers to serve, there was no rush. What I noticed but even the customers remained calm and relaxed despite the rush at the counter. I have not noticed a customer who has become nervous or indignant. In this bakery is not only the price / taste / Leistungsverhältins, but here is the relationship between employees and customers consistent. If the way from home to the bakery Moos would not be so far, this bakery would be my regular bakery. But I know now where I can buy good, delicious pastry / bread when I'm back in Aachen. :-)

Friendly staff, delicious pastries, fair prices, great bonus program and modern decor! Short and sweet: Highly recommended! We really like coming. In contrast to other bakers, I also like the strikingly hygienic way of working (pliers / gloves, etc., to avoid contact with "money hands").

Nice staff and the best Streuselbrötschen there is only at Moss. Unfortunately, I do not like it that the expensive coffee tastes horrible! That also for 2 €. For people who want to save, there are cheaper coffee in the area and also tastes better. God bless the free market economy.

Moss has a lot of bread and rolls to choose from. For the work I hollow out the sandwiches. They always taste good and can also be made warm.

Price uninteresting and the staff is more than rude. Feden among themselves are clearly played in front of the customer, but also gets the bad mood. All in all, this store is not recommended ....

I'm boycotting the store now! Again and again the employees are very unfriendly and frankly nasty - to each other and to customers. The absolute peak was when it suddenly started to rain and we preferred to eat on the spot - we were thrown out as we said "take away". Incomprehensible!
